Confidentiality Agreement

Before you access the NOETRON platform, we ask you to acknowledge a brief confidentiality agreement. It's standard for any early-stage technology platform — and it protects both of us.

Plain-English Summary

    Keep it confidential. What you see inside NOETRON — our AI architecture, client data, agent systems, pricing, and business logic — stays between us.

  • 🚫

    No competing platform. For 12 months after your access ends, you won't build or join a competing AI business intelligence or agent platform.

  • 🤝

    Don't poach our people. Please don't recruit NOETRON's contractors, partners, or clients you discovered through us.

  • 📜

    Wyoming law governs. This agreement is valid under the E-SIGN Act — your typed name carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.

  • ⏱️

    Two-year NDA, one-year non-compete. Confidentiality obligations run for 2 years; the non-compete lasts 12 months from when your access ends.

Electronic Signature

By clicking “I Agree”, you acknowledge that: (1) you have read and understood this Agreement; (2) you agree to be legally bound by its terms; and (3) your electronic signature is valid and binding under the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and Wyoming law. Your name, email, company, timestamp, and IP address will be recorded as evidence of execution.
